Banana Snaps dog treat recipe

Baking is a fun way to bond with your new puppy and introduce them to healthy natural treats. So, grab you chef hat, pop on your apron and get baking!

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
• 2 Bananas (the riper the better!)
• 1 Egg
• 200g Gluten Free Flour
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Ready, Steady, Bake

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
2. Melt 2 tbsp of coconut oil
3. Add in the flour and baking powder and give a quick mix
4. Crack an egg and mix ingredients until a crumbly texture shows
5. Mash two banana’s into the mix and knead into a dough
6. Pop the dough onto a clean surface and roll out until it is about 5mm thick
7. Cut into shapes and place on a lined baking tray
8. Place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned. Keep an eye on them
9. Once cooled, store them in an air tight container and let your puppy enjoy!
