How our food is delivered

  • As soon as our chefs have finished cooking your dog's delicious dinners, they are frozen and ready to start their journey to your doorstep.

  • With sustainability at the heart of our business, we constantly strive to do better for our environment. To help us to minimise our carbon paw-print, we send your deliveries via DPD, a carbon-neutral courier, which allows you to track your deliveries via their app or website.

  • On your delivery day, you will receive a one-hour time slot from DPD. Don't worry; if you're not in, you can ask them to leave your box in a secure place.

  • Transfer your pots to your freezer at your earliest convenience, and place the pots you need for the next feed straight in the fridge to defrost.

  • Our packaging has been specially designed to keep your food safe during transit, so as long as the pots are cool to the touch when you receive them (even if the food is soft), they are safe to re-freeze and feed.

  • We offer a free returns scheme that allows us to recycle and reuse your returned insulation and ice packs. Contact us for more details on how to take part. Together we can protect the planet.

They have expanded their production facilities and market presence since 2018 to reach more dog families across the UK.
