  3. If you do not accept our terms and conditions at any point you should not continue to use our website.
  4. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions and your continued use of our website and subscription service after we make any changes results in your acceptance of our changes.

Your Details

  1. Before submitting your order, please ensure that your full name, address, contact details and delivery requirements are correct, as we cannot be responsible for errors which may result in the late delivery of your order.
  2. Your details will not be passed on to other companies, but your contact details will be used by a third-party courier to update you on your delivery.



  1. Deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on Bank Holidays. On rare occasions deliveries may not be made due to adverse weather conditions. We advise you to always keep some spare Different Dog food in case these situations occur.
  2. In the unlikely event that your chosen product is not available we reserve the right to cancel your order and will offer you an alternative of equal value at our discretion, or a refund if you prefer.
  3. Deliveries are only to mainland UK (England, Wales and selected parts of Scotland), excluding the highlands and islands.
  4. Our subscription orders are delivered Tuesday– Friday for a shipping fee of £3.99 and Saturdays for a shipping fee of £4.99. It usually takes 4 days from ordering to delivery, however, if you would like your order earlier or need to change the day please do contact us at feedme@differentdog.com or 01743 384562.
  5. If you contact DPD directly to change the delivery date we cannot guarantee the safe delivery of your box. We cannot be held responsible for changes made through DPD about your delivery.
  6. Orders from our online store are usually delivered within one - five working days of the order being placed. Please contact us should you require delivery on a specific day.
  7. We recommend having an order when you have a minimum of four days of food left to ensure a delivery can be made in time, as we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or if you run out of food before your next delivery.
  8. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are stolen once delivered safely.
  9. We continually insulate our boxes to ensure our food arrives with you safely and still frozen, however if you purchase under £30 of frozen food, we cannot be held responsible for items that arrive defrosted. We recommend ordering over £30 to ensure the frozen goods arrive safely with you.
  10. In the event that the customer refuses delivery, the customer will be charged £10 for the cost of delivery.

Our Food


  1. Different Dog do not make prescription diets.
  2. In instances where a dog has a medical condition diagnosed by a vet, the owner should check with their vet or our vet at Different Dog before feeding Different Dog recipes. We cannot be held responsible for an allergic reaction when the allergen is an ingredient that is listed.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not order a recipe that contains an ingredient your dog is allergic to.
  4. Our algorithm estimates your dog’s grams and calories of Different Dog food needed per day. Please note that this is an estimation and will vary with each dog. Ensure to check calorie content of recipes selected as this may mean they need more or less grams than initially suggested. We always recommend weighing your dog weekly to ensure it does not fluctuate and is within the recommend weight limit for their age and breed. If unsure, please speak to a vet.
  5. If you have a working dog, we recommend you consult with your vet regarding their nutritional and calorie requirements before feeding Different Dog.
  6. We reserve the right to change prices with a minimum of four week’s notice to our subscribers.
  7. You are held responsible for changes made on your account.
  8. We can not be held responsible for any adverse reactions your dog may have or adverse consequences resulting from our food. We always advise you should speak to a vet before feeding Different Dog if your dog has sensitivities.

Subscription Accounts

  1. When you subscribe with us you are signing up to regular orders unless your account is paused or cancelled.
  2. If you cancel your account and an invoice has already been generated, this order will still process unless you contact us with at least three days notice.
  3. We reserve the right to make minor changes to our recipes for operational and business reasons.
  4. We are unable to change the delivery address of an order once it is being processed and packed.
  5. As our food is perishable you must take responsibility once delivered to ensure the product is stored correctly.
  6. If you do not supply us with all the information we need for your order, then we may not deliver your goods.
  7. Only one discount code can be used at one time.
  8. We recommend emptying our boxes on ground level once delivered to minimise strain lifting the box.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. If your dog does not like the food (which hardly ever happens!) we have a money back guarantee on your first box. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Different Dog product, please notify us within 28 days quoting your order number and the recipe numbers of your packs. We will then refund your purchase of a maximum value of £50. This guarantee is eligible once per address and you must have tried the food for a minimum of 5 days before contacting us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.


  1. The Different Dog Loyalty Program gives you points for certain activities.
  2. Points will expire after one year.
  3. If we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our Terms and Conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, engaged in fraud, abuse of privileges or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt-out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.
  4. Points have no financial value, so cannot be transferred to cash. However, you can access discounts by redeeming your points.

Crumble Club

  1.  You must have been an approved Crumble Club member to qualify for these benefits.
  2.  Crumble club members will receive a set amount of credit transferred to their bank or to be used against Different Dog food when they have qualified credits.
  3.  Credits are applied at the end of each month and can not be transferred to somebody else.
  4.  Crumble Club credits will only be gained once per customer. Credits already gained against a customer’s name or address will not be applied a second time.
  5.  We reserve the right to refuse Crumble Club credits if codes have not been applied correctly or if we feel these are not valid accounts.
  6.  Every 6 months your membership will be reviewed, we may review our current agreed terms and these terms may change. You will be notified of any changes beforehand. At the end of each 6-month period, we have the right to cancel your membership. The decision of Different Dog is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7.  Different Dog reserves the right to change the financial terms of the agreement with 30 days’ notice at any time.
  8.  The agreed terms in your contract are confidential.
  9.  Different Dog has the right to cancel membership and payment for any illegal, fraudulent, improper and unfair behaviour.

Discount use

  1.  All introductory discounts are exclusive to one use per household.
  2.  We reserve the right to remove an introductory discount from your plan should you have received an order to that household previously.
  3.  Discounts and promotional offers are for a limited time only.
  4.  Discounts and promotional offers are subject to a maximum discount of £80.
  5.  In the unfortunate incident that we detect abuse or unfair treatment on a discount, we reserve the right to charge full price on duplicate deliveries and put outstanding deliveries on hold.
  6.  Refer a friend discounts will apply to the referee once the referred friend has received their first subscription from Different Dog.
  7.  Only one refer a friend discount will be applied per order.
  8.  Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with another.
  9.  Offers and discounts cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10.  Discounts received by letter or post are valid for the recipient of the letter only.
