If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Different Dog product, please notify us within 7 days contacting us quoting the recipe number and/or batch number on the packet. We will send a replacement box or refund your purchase. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Before submitting your order, please ensure that your full name, address, contact details and delivery requirements are correct, as we cannot be responsible for errors which may result in the late delivery of your product. Deliveries can only be made whilst stocks are available, and cannot be made on a Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday.
Deliveries are only to mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).
In the unlikely event that your chosen product is not available we reserve the right to cancel your order and will offer you an alternative of equal value at our discretion, or a refund if you prefer.
Our subscription orders are delivered weekdays, Monday – Friday. It usually takes 5 days from ordering to delivery, however, if you would like your order earlier or need to change the day please do contact us at [email protected] or 01743 384562. If you contact DPD directly to change the delivery date Different Dog cannot guarantee the safe delivery of your box.
Orders from our online store shop.differentdog.com are usually delivered within five working days of the order being placed.
