If you've had a delivery recently, visited our website or spotted us on social media, you'll already know that something's changed. Different Dog has had a bit of a transformation. New look, new packaging and a new way of capturing the idea we've always lived by: Made Different.
We know that when something you trust changes, even a little, questions follow. So we wanted to put everything in one place - what's new, what isn't, and what it all means for you and your dog.
What is Made Different?
Made Different is the idea at the heart of everything we do - that when the food is right, everyone benefits. Your dog. You. Every dog lover who's ever wanted better for their dog.
You'll start seeing Made Different everywhere - on our packaging, our delivery box and everything in between.
So what's actually changed?

Our colour
Coral orange. Warm, bold and hard to miss - in your freezer, on your doorstep and in your feed.
Our photography
Real dogs. Real moments. Dogs at their absolute best, which, as any dog owner knows, often involves mud.
Our illustrations
Drawn from real breeds and real dog behaviour - the stuff you recognise instantly. The sock thief. The sofa hog. The tennis ball hoarder. Naughty or nice, you'll see yours in there.
Our packaging
Each recipe now has its own dog illustration and bold colour, so you can find your dog's favourite in the freezer without squinting. The big-win benefits are on every pack, so you always know what's in it and why it matters. And the delivery box? New orange, with its own illustration. Hard to miss. Harder not to like.
And what hasn't?
This is the bit we really want you to hear.
The food. Same whole-food approach, same complete nutrition in every meal. Human-grade ingredients, no fillers, no nasties.
Bianca, our in-house nutritionist, still formulates and signs off every single recipe and our vet, Alison, gives her stamp of approval. Our chefs still cook every batch gently, at low temperatures, in small batches in Shropshire.
Our people. Same team. Same dog lovers who started this business because they wanted better for their own dogs and couldn't find it anywhere else.
Our commitment. We're still a certified B Corp, which means our standards on people, transparency and the planet are independently verified - not just something we say.
On that note: you may receive a mix of old and new packaging while we work through existing stock. As a committed B Corp, we don't waste what's perfectly good - the food inside is exactly the same.
Why now?
We've been making real food for dogs since the beginning. As we've grown, we wanted everything around that food - the look, the way we show up - to properly reflect our ethos. Made Different is us doing that, clearly and confidently.
What does this mean for my subscription?
Nothing changes. Your plan, your recipes, your delivery schedule - all as they were. The only difference you'll notice is a very orange box arriving on your doorstep in the coming weeks.
