Jagga's Story

Since Jagga was 14 months old he has suffered from allergies and skin problems which got so bad he ended up with bald spots all down his back and on his back legs. His coat was dull and his skin was always so flaky and itchy.

I did an extensive elimination diet with him to try and get to the bottom of the problem. However, nothing worked at all until I found Different Dog. The change in him was almost instant. His bald spots cleared up, his itchy, flaky skin improved and most of all, he is happier and healthier with a very shiny full coat and a completely different dog overall.

Bianca's advice on feeding dogs with itchy skin

Feeding any form of fresh, bioavailable food like Different dog decreases all types of cellular inflammation compared to a dog on a kibble diet. Choosing recipes with a lower amount of carbohydrates can be useful for dogs with itchy skin, but it’s important to speak to your vet to find out the root cause of the itchiness and help your dog live a happy and healthy life.

It’s been a life changer for Rolo

My dog Rolo has major skin conditions/allergies and since being on Different Dog, my dog is a different dog! Excuse the pun but it’s true! His skin is no longer red and he has had no skin infections since changing his food to different dog human grade food. His fur is growing back and he’s not itchy anymore. I’m normally constantly at the vet with his skin and I’m no longer having to pay huge vet bills for steroids and antibiotics. Before starting Different Dog, I worked in the pet food industry, and what I saw made me worry about my dog's health; how could heavily processed, dry biscuits be the path to health and happiness?
