Feed a dog in need this Christmas
This Christmas, we’re partnering with Hungary Hearts, an amazing charity rescuing dogs from killing stations and the streets of Hungary and finding them loving homes here in the UK.
Throughout December we’ll donate a meal to a rescue dog for everyone who creates a new Different Dog plan or has an existing one.
Your donated meals will feed Beatrix, Bagira and Dio and many more gorgeous pups so they don’t need to miss out on having their very own Christmas dinner. What better way to spread some festive cheer!
Meet Beatrix
This affectionate girl has had a tough start to life on the streets of Hungary, yet still has all the love to give! Beatrix loves a belly rub and can’t get to the front door quick enough when she knows it’s time for walkies. She’s now safely here in the UK after riding over on the ‘Happy Bus’ and hoping for a new home very soon.
Meet Bagira
Bagira hasn’t had the start in life that he deserves. After being abandoned in a field, he was rescued by Hungary Hearts but sadly his leg was badly injured and needed to be amputated. This gorgeous boy is adapting well to life on three legs and looking for a home to give him lots of cuddles and TLC.
Meet Dio
This little guy came to Hungary Hearts through a vet in Debrecen, Hungary. His leg was in a bad state and starting to rot and his owners were sadly considering putting him down. Luckily, he’s now in the care of Hungary Hearts who are doing all they can to help save his leg with hydrotherapy treatment and exercise. In his one year of life, Dio has been through such a lot but that hasn’t put him off cuddles on the sofa or play-time with his favourite four-legged friends. This sweet soul is still at the Hungary Hearts sanctuary in Debrecen but looking for his forever home here in the UK.
